Established in 2019, Vina Filler Co., Ltd. was founded by a leadership team with over 10 years of experience in Vietnam’s filler masterbatch industry. We specialize in filler masterbatch and plastic compound solutions, with a vision of becoming a pioneer in the industry through manufacturing excellence and continuous innovation.
With a target production capacity of over 60,000 tons per year, we aim to serve both domestic and international markets, allocating 20% of production to Vietnam and 80% to exports. Manufacturing Capability

Vina Filler operates a 30,000 m² facility with 5,000 m² of construction area, three filler production lines, and an annual capacity of 25,000 MT. Equipped with twin-screw extruders (71 mm, 132 kW) and Loss-in-Weight (LIW) feeding systems, we focus on consistent product quality and efficient manufacturing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Vina Filler specializes in manufacturing high-quality plastic masterbatch and compound pellets, including PE Breathable Film, Talc PE-PP Filler, White PE-PP Masterbatch, Bio Filler Masterbatch, and PE-HD-PP Compound Filler. Developed for diverse plastic processing applications, our products help manufacturers optimize material costs, improve processing performance, and achieve consistent quality across film extrusion, woven packaging, nonwoven fabrics, and injection molding.

PE Breathable Film – PE-based filler masterbatch pellets containing calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), used as raw materials in the production of microporous breathable films. These pellets are suitable for baby diapers, disposable hygiene products, and other personal care applications requiring breathability and moisture vapor transmission.Talc PE-PP Filler – PE- and PP-based talc filler masterbatch pellets designed for blown film extrusion, PP spunbond nonwoven fiber production, and injection molding. The talc formulation helps improve stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance, depending on the polymer system and application requirements.White PE-PP Masterbatch based on PE or PP, formulated with titanium dioxide (TiO₂), with selected grades also containing CaCO₃. They are used in plastic film, packaging, woven bags, nonwoven fabrics, and injection-molded products to enhance whiteness, opacity, and color consistency.Bio Filler Masterbatch containing high levels of CaCO₃, developed for selected biodegradable and compostable plastic formulations. They can be used as raw materials for shopping bags, agricultural films, and packaging applications, subject to compatibility with the base resin and the required biodegradation or compostability standards.PE-HD-PP Compound Filler formulated with PE, HDPE, or PP carrier resins and CaCO₃ for various plastic processing applications. They are suitable for manufacturing blown films, woven and jumbo bags, tarpaulins, and other extruded plastic products. The available filler concentration allows manufacturers to select grades according to processing conditions, mechanical properties, and material cost targets.CERTIFICATES
